Couscous and Pickled Ginger Salad

Recipes from The Australian Women’s Weekly are generally good ones. From using their recipes over a period of time I have come to find that you can rely on them.

Even though this salad sounded somewhat unusual I thought I would give it a try based on previous experience with this publisher. It was an easy dish to put together and it turned out to be an all right eat but I don't think I'll make it again.
