Silverbeet and Chickpea Bake

Once again I have returned to this book. I had a couple of leeks in the fridge so was looking for something to use them in. I usually find that The Country Cookbook will have a recipe I like the looks of.
This one was a breeze to make. Cook the leeks. Blanch the silverbeet. Combine them with the chickpeas and beaten eggs with some other flavourings then bake. Very easy and also very tasty.
The uneaten portion was also great the next day.
